The Cell Culture Facility at Pushpagiri Research Centre (PRC) is dedicated to in-vitro cell culture research, maintenance of mammalian cell lines, and cell-based experimental studies. The facility maintains cell lines including HepG2, RAW 264.7, L929, and other commonly used cell models. Equipped with essential infrastructure such as CO? incubators, biosafety cabinets, ELISA reader, fluorescence inverted microscope, centrifuges, and other basic laboratory instruments, the facility supports cell maintenance, cytotoxicity assessment, cellular assays, and biomedical research.
